La edición 2008 del Manifest se llevará a cabo el próximo sábado 25 de octubre en la ciudad de México. Hasta ahora no se sabe mucho del cartel, únicamente que la primera banda confirmada son The Teenagers, dicha confirmación viene directamente del MySpace oficial de la banda francesa de indie rock. Supuestamente, los headlineres del festival serán los Foo Fighters; esto se ha venido manejando como un rumor muy fuerte, y habrá que esperar una confirmación oficial por parte de Dave Grohl y compañía. Mientras tanto, en la página oficial del Manifest, pueden votar por dos bandas internacionales y una nacional que les gustaría que se agregaran al cartel y de alguna manera influenciar en la decisión. Por otra parte, también sigue abierta la plataforma Subte Manifest, de donde alguna banda saldrá del anonimato para abrir el festival.
